เรื่องนี้เกิดจากแรงบันดาลใจและจินตนาการล้วนๆ
เรื่องเล่าจากเกาะสีบลูที่อยู่ห่างไกลแห่งหนึ่ง ที่ที่มีสิ่งมีชีวิตตัวหนึ่งอาศัยอยู่ ซึ่งมันเกิดมาพร้อมกับเข็มที่แหลมคมติดตัวมาด้วย มันจึงต้องระมัดระวังตัวในการใช้ชีวิต เพราะถ้ามันเผลอ แล้วเข็มไปทิ่มแทงใครเข้าก็จะเกิดอันตรายหรืออาจถึงชีวิตได้ มันจึงเลือกที่จะอาศัยอยู่อย่างโดดเดี่ยวเพื่อที่จะไม่เป็นอันตรายกับใคร แต่แล้ววันหนึ่งมันก็ได้พบกับสิ่งมีชีวิตอีกตัวด้วยความบังเอิญ และความโดดเดี่ยวที่มันอยู่ด้วยมาเนิ่นนานก็เปลี่ยนไปตลอดกาล แม้ว่ามันจะไม่ได้สวยงาม แต่มันก็งดงามจริงๆ

Based purely on inspiration and imagination
In a distant island of Bloo lived a creature born with a sharp needle on its body. It led a cautious life, because if it was ever careless to stab someone with the needle, it could be serious. Therefore it chose to live alone so as not to hurt anyone.
Then one day, it accidentally met another creature, and the long loneliness it has felt was changed forever. Not happy, but truly beautiful.
