Phad Kaprao and Kai Jeaw is by far the best kept secret of popular Thai cuisine. But accompanied with light omelet and jasmine rice, the dish is very well balanced in taste and nutrition. Plus, you'll have the rare chance to chat with Pradit Prasartthong of Anatta Theatre, the President of Bangkok Theatre Network (organizer of Bangkok Theatre Festival), Recipien of the 2004 Silpathorn Award in Performing arts, and a veteran in Thai country and contemporary theatre.
